The US celebrates Thanksgiving on November 26. The holiday helps to remind us to be thankful for our blessings, the big ones and the small ones we so often take for granted. Including time to realize what you have to be grateful for is called adopting an "attitude of gratitude." Try it in November. This practice may become a worthwhile addition in your life.
